Intermittent connectivity issues between ANX77 and ANX84

We are experiencing intermittent reachability problems affecting communications between the ANX77 and ANX84 sites. The cause is currently under investigation and our team is actively working to resolve the issue.

  • Between 15:01 and 16:10 CEST ANX77 and ANX84 experienced unusually high traffic spikes and intermittent connectivity issues. Our investigation identified the cause as a DDoS attack, which has been successfully mitigated by our DDos Protection Service.

    The incident is now marked as resolved, and normal service has been restored.

    • ANX04 Compute Host Failure in Virtualization Environment

    At 00:44 UTC, our monitoring systems detected an issue affecting a host within our virtualization environment and our on-call team was immediately alerted. The host failure impacted a number of virtual machines running on it, prompting our team to initiate an evacuation of all affected VMs to a healthy host in order to restore functionality. Affected customers were informed via our notification system during the night as the incident unfolded. By 03:20 UTC, all affected virtual machines were fully operational again and functionality was restored.

    ANX06 Datacenter ANEXIA Service Incident in DE, Munich

    Customers in Munich are experiencing a widespread power outage, resulting in loss of electricity across residential and commercial areas. The cause is currently under investigation, and our team is actively working to resolve the issue. The next update will be provided at 2026-08-31 08:44 UTC.

  • The power outage in Munich was resolved at 09:58 UTC. The incident was caused by a power interruption at the data center. Power and connectivity have since been fully restored and services are operating normally.

    ANX103 - AT, Vienna - Switching infrastructure maintenance

    We will be performing non impacting maintenance on our switching infrastructure on September 9th 14:00 to 16:00 CEST.

    Anexia Dynamic Compute - Service Maintenance

    On September 10, 19:00 - 20:00 CEST, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Anexia Dynamic Compute Service. During this time, the management of VMs in Anexia Engine and the corresponding API will not be available and any requests may run into timeouts. The workload and running VMs are not affected.

    ANX52 - Stockholm (SE) - Provider Maintenance

    One of our providers is conducting infrastructure maintenance, affecting one of our upstream connections. Thanks to our multi-upstream setup, no downtime is expected
