ANX04 - Vienna (AT) & ANX25 Frankfurt (DE) - Network Maintenance

We are going to perform a network maintenance on 2026-10-01 08:30 to 10:30 UTC. During that maintenance we don't expect any impact to your services, however you may experience brief packet loss or latency increases.

cloud computing stack maintenance cycle

We will deploy updates to our cloud computing stack to ensure service quality in the next weeks.

The update might cause a degraded VM-performance for a few seconds but should not have any other impact on operation. We will monitor the systems tightly through these service-updates and will roll-back when we detect problems.

The service will span all our locations and we will communicate the exact time of updates in the different locations via this site. All notifications will include the service-code V3428-V3492. If you experience problems during these deployment periods in an affected location please contact us via a ANXSUP ticket via support@anexia.com citing this service-code so we can quickly relate the tickets.

The update will include updates for different components in our stack network configuration updates to ensure multicast packet delivery in different configurations.

ANX04 - Vienna (AT) & ANX25 - Frankfurt (DE) – Network Maintenance

We will be performing network improvements at the following backbone sites:

  • ANX04 – Vienna (AT)
  • ANX25 – Frankfurt (DE)

During this maintenance, you may experience brief latency spikes or packet loss. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

ANX35 Connectivity ANEXIA Service Incident in IT, Palermo

We're currently experiencing routing issues at our location IT, Palermo resulting in a service degradation. We're in contact with our providers and will update you shortly.

Status: Investigating Affected Systems: ANX35 Connectivity

  • We would like to inform you that we have just received confirmation from the data center that the situation remains stable and no further measures are required.

Status: Resolved Duration: 07/19/2026 10:33 UTC – 07/20/2026 05:24 UTC Root Cause: The incident was caused by a large-scale power outage at the data center facility, which resulted in a complete loss of connectivity for the affected services.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • The access to our on-site equipment at ANX35 has been restored. Upon inspection, we confirmed that our own systems were only partially affected by the power outage. However, our DE-CIX peering connection and upstream links were fully affected, resulting in the loss of connectivity for all customer traffic routed through this location.

We are still awaiting an official all-clear from the data center operator and will share this confirmation as soon as it is received.

We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.

  • Together with the data center team, who is on-site, we were able to narrow down the cause of the issues at site IT, Palermo: there is a large-scale power outage, which appears to be affecting the entire data center.

We are currently working together with the data center team with high priority to restore your services as quickly as possible. As soon as they are available again, we will inform you immediately.

  • We are continuing to work with our provider to resolve the issue. We do not yet have an ETA for full resolution. We will provide our next update by 14:00 UTC, or earlier if the situation changes.
