ANX04 Connectivity Reduced Network Redundancy – Connectivity – Vienna

Due to an external event, we are currently experiencing reduced network redundancy in the Vienna region. Our redundancy measures are in place and customers are not experiencing any impact. Additional redundancy mechanisms remain fully operational, and the affected infrastructure continues to operate without a single point of failure (SPOF).

The following locations are affected by the reduced redundancy:

  • ANX03
  • ANX04
  • ANX17
  • ANX90
  • ANX103
  • ADZ001

We are working to restore full redundancy and are continuously monitoring the situation.

We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

  • Full network redundancy has been restored for all affected locations. All services are operating normally. We thank you for your patience during this time.

  • Restoration work has been completed for the first lines. Full redundancy is being restored progressively. We continue to monitor the situation closely. We will provide a further update once all lines have been restored.

  • Repair work at the affected location is ongoing. Our redundancy measures remain in place and your services continue to operate without impact. No action is required on your end. Work to restore full redundancy has commenced and we expect to bring the first lines back into operation by this evening. We will continue to keep you informed and will provide an update as soon as we have further information.

  • Access to the affected area has been granted. An external team is currently on-site assessing the situation. At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated time of resolution. We will share a further update as soon as we have more information.

  • Access to the affected area is currently restricted due to ongoing safety measures by local authorities. As a result, restoration work cannot commence at this time. We are in close coordination with the relevant parties and will provide a further update as soon as access is granted and work can begin.
