Engine Platform Outage - Engine - Major Service Disruption

We are experiencing a major outage affecting our engine, resulting in service unavailability. The root cause is under investigation and our team is actively working to restore functionality.

  • Visible progress has been made, and further analysis confirms that no customer systems experienced any service interruption during the incident. Our team continues to work on finalizing restoration, with the next update scheduled for 20:00 UTC.

  • All dependent systems are online and no blockers remain. Full service restoration is expected to be finalized within the next 2 hours, and our team is actively working on the fix. The next update will be provided at 19:30 UTC.

    Engine VM creation is limited

    Currently, creating new VMs via the Engine UI is no longer working due to a UI change that was released yesterday evening. This does not affect API functionality.
