ANX04 - Vienna (AT) & ANX25 Frankfurt (DE) - Network Maintenance

We are going to perform a network maintenance on 2026-10-01 08:30 to 10:30 UTC. During that maintenance we don't expect any impact to your services, however you may experience brief packet loss or latency increases.

cloud computing stack maintenance cycle

We will deploy updates to our cloud computing stack to ensure service quality in the next weeks.

The update might cause a degraded VM-performance for a few seconds but should not have any other impact on operation. We will monitor the systems tightly through these service-updates and will roll-back when we detect problems.

The service will span all our locations and we will communicate the exact time of updates in the different locations via this site. All notifications will include the service-code V3428-V3492. If you experience problems during these deployment periods in an affected location please contact us via a ANXSUP ticket via support@anexia.com citing this service-code so we can quickly relate the tickets.

The update will include updates for different components in our stack network configuration updates to ensure multicast packet delivery in different configurations.

ANX69 - Medellin, CO - Maintenance

ANX01 - Klagenfurt, AT / 07.10.2026 / Fallback Window 08.10.2026

In order to offer you high quality and reliable services, we regularly optimize and modernize our infrastructure. Therefore, we have to announce the following maintenance window:

Start date and time: 07.10.2026 19:00 UTC End date and time: 07.10.2026 23:00 UTC

We are doing our best to keep the interruption for your services as short as possible.

As a precaution, an additional fallback window has been reserved for the following day. If the scheduled maintenance on 07.10.2026 can be completed within the planned maintenance window, no further maintenance will take place during the fallback window.
